The construction of the Rondel was inspired by the flowing lines and angles of the arches of the medieval vaults found in Barcelona that witnessed the expansion into the Mediterranean of Catalunya during the middle ages.

The impressive concrete structure and its multitude of flowing arches was constructed by the engineer Jaime Artigas.
With a surface area of over 5700㎡, it is a highly adaptable venue with countless possible uses.

It is a multi-purpose area that can be converted into the ideal scenario for your event.

From 1962 until 1982 the artchitect Lluis Bonet Gari was part of the construction team that oversaw the building work on the Sagrada Familia Basilica, and between 1970 and 1975 He built the ‘Sala Noble’ which is now known as the ‘Sala Raimat’. The construction and style was inspired by the Neo-Romantic art movement.

Inside the hall there is the image of a bunch of grapes and a hand that is holding the shied of Raimat, this is how the hall got its name.
